It's usually the case that every float is a little different - it all depends on how you're feeling at the time. The water is warm, it's dark and pleasant. Usually the body wakes up on its own after about 10-20min (the length of a \"power nap\"). You usually wake up quite calm and beautiful. Lepo mesto in lepo vzdu\u0161je. Pozneje mi je bil v\u0161e\u010d prostor za sprostitev. Zame to ni bilo prvi\u010d, a prvi\u010d tukaj. Na za\u010detku sem imela nekaj te\u017eav, saj rada pustim 2-5 cm odprta za zrak, pa vendar sem rada zaprta. Tukaj lahko popolnoma zaprete ali pa imate 20 cm odprto. Lahko pa nastavite prezra\u010devanje, glasbo in lu\u010di. Predvidevam, da sem zaradi mo\u017enosti na za\u010detku preve\u010d razmi\u0161ljal, potem pa sem se zagotovo sprostil. Enostavno ne potrebujem svetlobe in lahko kak\u0161no uro ostanem v temi in ti\u0161ini. Osebje, super prijazno.<br \/>Ni\u010desar vam ni treba prinesti, vse imajo. Prostor za sprostitev super prijeten in prijetna skodelica \u010daja na koncu. Osebje je izjemno prijazno in pozorno, saj mi je podrobno razlo\u017eilo postopek.<br \/><br \/>Sama terapija poteka v posebnih komorah, napolnjenih s slanico, ki omogo\u010da lebdenje. Voda vsebuje visoko koncentracijo mineralno bogate Epsom soli, ki ima \u0161tevilne koristne u\u010dinke. Med terapijo sem se po\u010dutila izjemno spro\u0161\u010deno, umirjeno in spo\u010dito. Floating terapija je odli\u010dna za regeneracijo telesa, umski po\u010ditek in celostno sprostitev.<br \/><br \/>Na koncu terapije sem prejel v Chill sobi \u0161e prijetno presene\u010denje: pi\u0161kot, \u010daj in vodo. U\u0161esne \u010depke,ki sem jih uporabljal med terapijo, sem tudi lahko odnesel (bojo danes prav pri\u0161li v novem doma\u010dem bazenu). To je zagotovo ena izmed najbolj prijetnih in spro\u0161\u010dujo\u010dih izku\u0161enj, ki sem jih do\u017eivel. Priporo\u010dam jo vsem, ki si \u017eelijo pobegniti od vsakodnevnega stresa in se popolnoma sprostiti.<br \/>Hkrati pa je to tudi odli\u010dna prilo\u017enost za vizualizacijo in sprostitev mi\u0161ic po treningu. Lebdenje je trajalo 60 min in vmes sem malo zadremala, tako da mi je kar hitro minilo. Po lebdenju priporo\u010dam zaklju\u010diti v sobi za po\u010ditek, kjer lahko ob prijetnih zvokih umirjene glasbe, sreba\u0161 dober \u010daj v res lepih skodelicah. Ker je bilo pozno, si s prijateljem dalj\u0161ega po\u010ditka nisva privo\u0161\u010dila, vendar naslednji\u010d zagotovo&#8230;.tudi dalj\u0161e lebdenje.<br \/>Priporo\u010dam.
